Sautéed Cabbage with
Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 T extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
1/3 c balsamic vinegar (Red Apple or Serrano Honey would be great!)

Directions
Heat oil on lo-med; sauté
shallots and garlic x 3 min. Add cabbage and toss till all is coated w/oil and
shallots and onions are incorporated. Sauté, tossing occasionally, till cabbage
is softened. Add vinegar and toss till uniformly coated. Cook until desired
consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 approx. 1 cup servings.
